Wetherspoons has a treat in store for diners with the announcement that it's introducing a number of new dishes from across the globe to its menu next week.
The pub chain is introducing food from the Middle East and East Asia in a major menu shake-up across the UK, including the likes of a ramen noodle bowl and shawarma chicken wrap.
The Ramen noodle bowl features noodles, bean sprouts, shitake mushroom, spring onion, pak choi, bamboo shoots, red onion, sliced chillies, coriander, in a light broth.
The dish is vegan and has only 466 calories, and customers can add a poached egg or grilled chicken breast, for an additional charge.
Foodies will only be able to purchase these items as part of a meal deal - either with a soft or alcoholic drink.
